Since 2013, I have driven and led various business projects linked to the STEAM field, with PixelsHub being the most representative: an IT boutique positioned as a benchmark provider for highly complex strategic technological projects, including European defense programs.

My professional background combines experience in multinational corporations, research, and technological entrepreneurship, integrating technical knowledge, business acumen, and execution capability in highly demanding environments.

I am currently the CEO and majority partner of PixelsHub, where I work on developing advanced solutions in the field of extended reality (XR), applied to industry and defense, contributing to the digital transformation of complex organizations.

At the institutional level, I actively participate in the innovation ecosystem as a member of the Science, Technology, and Innovation Advisory Council of the Principality of Asturias, the G-25 for the region's progress, and the Technology Hub for the defense sector.

Throughout my career, I have received various recognitions, including the Reference Entrepreneurial Woman in Spain award, the Best Company in the Margarita Salas Knowledge Mile award, and a nomination as a finalist for the Talgo Award for Excellent Women in Engineering.

Beyond achievements, my work is defined by a way of understanding technology: not as an end in itself, but as a tool with real impact on the competitiveness, leadership, and adaptability of organizations.
